Do the bikes come fully assembled?

Our bikes are shipped 85% pre-assembled. We provide all necessary tools and a step-by-step video guide to help you complete the final assembly in approximately 20-30 minutes.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns.

Does my Qlife bike come with a warranty?

Yes, every Qlife bike includes a 2-year limited warranty on the frame and a 1-year warranty on electrical components and mechanical parts.
