At Qlife Bike, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery in its original, unassembled condition. Please note that all returns must be authorized by our support team to ensure a smooth refund or exchange process.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the bicycle or accessory in its original factory packaging, ensuring all tools, manuals, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location for transit back to our inspection center.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
